Customer Experience Survey For Truck Customers

Cummins continuously strives to provide world-class end-to-end support for all customers throughout the product lifecycle. Integral to providing that support is a focused effort on continuous improvement and understanding where our strengths and areas for improvement are. Accordingly, Cummins Sales and Service is releasing an updated Customer Experience Survey process intended to gain feedback from both our Dealer Sales Partners as well as end user contacts on the performance of our Engine Sales Teams. These surveys, while brief and simple to complete, will provide Cummins with the valuable feedback necessary to understand the best methods in supporting our customers in their buying journey. Please participate in this process by completing these surveys with the most honest feedback as possible. While we appreciate all feedback, we strongly encourage you to share opportunities where we can improve in our support of you, our customers.
