Check Out the Latest Update. Cummins Connected Solutions is proud to announce the release of the Connected Diagnostics mobile app version 3.0.

This update incorporates new features as well as updates to existing features in order to better meet customer needs.

New Features:

  • Spanish language support
  • Quick sharing of fault details through e-mail, Message and WhatsApp
  • Support for Agility Fuel Solutions® natural gas fuel systems with Blue iQTM
  • 3D Touch for previewing equipment details

Updated Features:

  • Regionally based Cummins Care contact information for 60+ additional countries
  • Updated Terms of Service
  • Performance improvements and bug fixes

Some of these updates (such as Spanish language support, updated Terms of Service and bug fixes) are self-explanatory. Others require a little background on how they improve Cummins service support for you and your customers:

The “quickshare” feature enables fleet managers to bypass the login on the portal and share fault information instantaneously. This is critical when fault codes are flagged as “severe.” This feature applies to all Cummins engines.

The update to the Agility natural gas fuel system support is specifically targeted to natural gas customers. Cummins and Agility’s Blue iQ integrates data and communications between the Agility natural gas fuel system and the Cummins natural gas engine. This data is now available in Connected Diagnostics, enabling customers to see Agility natural gas fuel system faults in the component view, as well as detailed fault information on Cummins engines when accessing details in the mobile app.

The new 3D Touch feature is specific to users who utilize the iOS platform with an Apple iPhone 7 and later models. It allows users a “quickview” of a specific link before committing to avoid having to back out of a link.

A key support feature for customers with global operations as well as those working in remote regions is the addition of contact information for 60 more countries. This allows customers all over the world quick access to the correct call center, minimizing call transfers and downtime.

If you do not have automatic updates enabled, please update your Connected Diagnostics mobile app to enjoy these new features.

To update your app:

For Apple iOS devices:

  1. Open the App Store app
  2. Tap “Updates”
  3. Find the Connected Diagnostics app and tap “UPDATE”

For Android devices:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu “My apps & games”.
  3. Find the Connected Diagnostics app and tap “Update”

To ensure the highest level of quality for our customers, older versions of the Connected Diagnostics mobile app will be retired on August 21, 2018.
