New Features Now Available for Improved Customer Uptime with Cummins Guidanz™

Guidanz is now better than ever, with new features to efficiently create job orders and capture ECM images. As communicated in previous Successline newsletters, Cummins Guidanz is our new suite of software products, features and capabilities that are delivered via web and mobile applications. Guidanz simplifies the service experience by providing an intuitive guided service event workflow for service providers, from initial customer contact to warranty claim processing.

The winning combination of web and mobile features within Guidanz help improve customer uptime by enabling our service providers with increased productivity and efficiency, thereby positively impacting customer satisfaction. The web and mobile application will continue to evolve to include more exciting features and capabilities, and some of these new features are available today.

Guidanz web enabled locations, who have a subscription to the Immediate Assessment feature in the Guidanz mobile app, can now start a job order directly from the mobile app before a vehicle enters a service bay. Service advisors who initiate the Create Guidanz Job Order” feature will enable the ESN (Engine Serial Number), customer name, complaint, and fault information (primary, related, un-prioritized categories) to be pre-populated in the Guidanz job order, allowing the service advisor to quickly begin the service process for your customer.

The second new capability within Guidanz web allows for ECM auto capturing. Technicians are no longer required to spend 10 minutes or more per job order trying to capture, store, and find ECM before and after images. Guidanz does this automatically, tying the images to the work order and making them available for future inquiries and allowing your customers to get back on the road.

The Guidanz suite of software products, with features such as job order creation and ECM auto capturing, will help ensure that Cummins remains the first choice in customer service and repair.
