New X15™ SmartAdvantage™ Powertrain 1850 lb-ft Rating Extends Fuel Economy Leadership

Since its introduction, the SmartAdvantage Powertrain has earned a reputation for superior fuel economy and lower operating costs than the competition. Now, the X15 SmartAdvantage Powertrain is being offered at 500 hp with a 1550/1850 lb-ft torque rating capable of delivering an additional .75 percent better fuel economy for performance-oriented fleets in linehaul applications. This takes the leadership of Cummins X15 Efficiency Series engine and the Eaton Fuller Advantage® Series automated transmission a step further.
