Better Dealer Support

Cummins is dedicated to continuous improvement in our product lineup, our parts and service network and especially our support to dealers. Several Cummins dealer support tools have been enhanced to deliver benefits to dealers. Here is a short list of some of the tools we’ve been improving for you:

  • RAPIDSERVE™ Web has been enhanced to make warranty repair claims processing easier and faster. All claims can now be started online.
  • Cummins Expert Diagnostic System (EDS) – This new, innovative diagnostic tool makes it easier to diagnose an engine issue and get it repaired right the first time. The phone number technicians should call for assistance is 1-800-433-9341.
  • Dealer Diagnostic Support (DDS) – We’ve expanded the availability of this service for out-of-warranty engines.
  • Dealer Policy Request System – A new system has been launched to make it easier to submit policy requests and track them every step of the way.
  • QuickServe® Online – It now includes labor recovery tools and real-time calibration downloads.
  • ServiceLine communications – This electronic newsletter delivers the most up-to-date news on warranty administration, service and training, right to your desktop. ServiceLine consists of monthly newsletters and bulletins for the latest news and training opportunities.
